I'm always happy to answer questions and I never feel inconvenienced by someone just double checking <3______________________TOS for comms: Commissions are paid in full before the start of the commission for amounts less than $18, and for $18 or more they're paid 50% down before starting, and the remaining 50% upon completion of the work.If you're paying with Paypal, do not use Friends and Family.I will refund the full amount paid if the commission is cancelled before I begin work on it, and I will refund 50% of the total commission cost if it is cancelled after I have completed the sketch.If 50% of the total commission cost was put down and a refund is requested with the sketch completed, I will offer no refund. If the commission is for only a sketch and only 50% has been paid, and I have delivered the sketch, I will still expect the remaining half.Once a finished piece is delivered, I expect the remaining balance within a week of the completed service (unless a payment plan has been discussed beforehand and agreed upon, I can do payment plans for commissions over $60). I do not offer refunds for completed work.Once I send the finished piece, if you are unhappy with it, let me know! I do one pass of revisions after sending the sketch, and one after sending the finished piece. 'Hints' won't click with me so just tell me directly if you want something to be changed.______________________TOS for customs (and adopts for characters designed by me): The design itself can be used commercially, just not the original artwork I make for it (no putting it on prints/stickers, essentially), and you can use it however you want as long as there is nothing hateful (you can tell a story with them that depicts complex subjects, I just don't want them used in support of hate).I don't mind if you use the character for NSFW and gore, as long as you are 18+ and the character is not stated to be a minor. NSFW is not okay for my feral designs, either (unless you change the character to make them anthro/humanoid).Making fursuits out of my designs is always fine, and you can make merch out of the art YOU make of them (or commission for commercial use). You can also purchase commercial use of the art separately, just ask me about it if you'd like a quote!Give me an active social media account so I can keep track of it, and let me know if you trade or sell, and who you trade/sell to! If you just wipe all traces of the character online and don't tell me where it's gone, I get commercial rights for the design back.You can sell for the price you got it, and sell for higher as long as additional value is added.I'm fine with redesigns and encourage them. Seriously, no limits on that as long as you're not whitewashing a character or making a fat character skinny or anything like that.I maintain commercial use of the original art (for use in my portfolio, to advertise online, etc). If you want to privately commission me just let me know, I'm totally fine with that! Otherwise I usually post the work along with who I was commissioned by, or a link to your socials or where it's been uploaded if you're storing on a character website.
